About Zaid Sediqe

Zaid Sediqe is a young Muslim director from Northwest, Ohio. He describes himself as an introvert with a passion for telling people's stories. Although Zaid is an introvert, he uses other people's stories to express himself and in turn tell his own story. While he is bringing light to other's, he is searching for his own light which is the inspiration behind Zaid's obsession with 'dark tone' film. Zaid is a method videography and editor in the sense that when images change tone they truly express how he currently feels not only while taking the video but also during his own daily introspection. Being a Muslim, he is tasked with continuous self reflection and purposeful direction. These tasks can seem overwhelming but Zaid feels he is more capable of connecting the dots when behind a camera.
